To get support in Outlook.com, click here or select Help on the menu bar and enter your query. If the self-help doesn't solve your problem, scroll down to Still need help? and select Yes.. To contact us in Outlook.com, you'll need to sign in.

To access your sign-in options, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.. Or just select this button: Go to Sign-in options. Change or manage your password or PIN. To change your password or PIN, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. Select PIN (Windows Hello), and then select Change PIN.

Use Microsoft Translator in Microsoft Edge browser
If you open a page written in a different language than your preferred languages in settings, Microsoft Edge will automatically prompt you to translate it. The Translate icon appears in the address bar when you go to a web page that’s written in a foreign language. A language is considered foreign to you if it's not included in your Preferred languages list in Settings.
