Windows Hello is a fast, secure, way to sign in to your Microsoft Windows device, and facial recognition makes it even easier. An important part of making it secure is that facial recognition needs to be confident that the face it's seeing in the camera is a live person and not a photograph or other image.

Under Adjust your photo, select Choose a file > Browse files to select an existing photo. Or, if your device has a camera, select Take a photo > Open camera and take a new photo

Check the device. If the device doesn't appear to work at all (no lights appear on the device when it’s plugged in, or the cursor doesn't move or doesn't appear on the screen), connect the device to another PC and make sure the device works on that PC.

To switch the keyboard layout you're using in Windows 10, press and hold the Windows key and then repeatedly press the Spacebar to cycle through all your installed keyboards. (If this doesn't do anything, it means you have only one installed.)

Note: The Automatically save passwords setting has been retired with Microsoft Edge version 124 and later.
