Whether it’s a new job title (congratulations!) or a phone number change, make sure you keep your email message signature up-to-date. If you're using new Outlook, for more information about email signatures, or if you haven’t created one yet, see Add a signature to messages.. Select File > Options > Mail > Signatures.

Choose number of pages to print per sheet: Printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper is a useful technique to save paper, reduce printing costs, and create compact versions of your documents. The number of pages that can be printed on a single sheet depends on the capabilities of your printer and the printing options you choose (Example: 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet).

Notes: You don't need a smartphone to receive a security code. Text messages may come from either "MSFT", a short number, or a mobile number.If you have requested a security code, you can trust the message that arrives.

In Outlook, the black color theme includes dark mode, which provides a black background (instead of white) for the message window. You can switch to a white background for the message window if you prefer.

The sign-in options in Windows serve various purposes to enhance your user account security and sign in convenience. You can access the sign-in options from the Settings app.

Notes: To find an item in the Choose commands from list, it may be helpful to first confirm its location and name within the app. Commands that are no longer visible in the app could still be listed here under All commands.To help identify this type of command, a more descriptive tooltip name may appear in parentheses next to the legacy command name in this form:

On the Choose an account screen, click the Microsoft account button.; On the Add your Microsoft account screen, enter the email address and password associated with your Microsoft account.; On the Make it yours screen, you'll have the option to make this Microsoft account your primary account. (This makes sign-in, settings, and syncing happen automatically for all other Microsoft services.)

Expand the top level of the Outlook data file in the Outlook Navigation pane to see the subfolders in the file. Click each subfolder to see the contents.

Tip: In Windows 7, you can synchronize your computer clock with an Internet time server to keep the computer clock up to date.To do this, select the date or time in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, and then select Change date and time settings.Select the Internet Time tab, select Change settings, select Synchronize with an Internet time server, and then select Update now.
