Check your device performance and health in Windows Security
The Health report starts off by showing you the last time a Device Health scan was run. The time displayed should be basically the current time, as Windows Security tries to run a Device Health scan when you open the Device performance & health page.. Beyond the time of last scan you'll see the status of the key areas that Device Health monitors:
Find the Xbox console ID, device ID, and serial number
On the sticker at the back of the console (the bottom of the console for Xbox One). In your settings. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.The serial number appears first in the list displayed.
Import and export Outlook email, contacts, and calendar
Export contacts out of other email services. Export iCloud contacts. Export Gmail contacts – See Gmail help. Export Yahoo contacts – See Yahoo import and export help. Export Thunderbird contacts – See Mozilla support.

Back up your game captures | Xbox Support
Press the Windows logo key + G on your PC to open Game Bar.; In the Widgets menu, select Gallery.; Select a capture and then select Open file location.This will open the Captures folder on your C: drive. From here, you can move your local files to OneDrive or another storage location.
