This update installs the PC Health Check application onto Windows 10,version 20H2 and later devices. However, we will not install PC Health Check on Windows 11 devices. PC Health Check includes diagnostics to monitor device health and troubleshooting to improve performance, all from the convenience of a single dashboard. Key features include:

In this unsupported state, a user's changes to the notebook are stored only in the OneNote cache. The cache will be lost if the user uninstalls OneNote for Windows 10. In OneNote versions prior to 16.0.11601.20066.0, opening an older version of the local notebook will cause more recent changes in the cache to be lost.

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security and then Virus & threat protection > Manage settings. (In early versions of Windows 10, select Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings .) Open Windows Security settings. Switch the Real-time protection setting to Off and choose Yes to verify.
