Create a top-level folder in new Outlook. In the folder pane on the left, right-click your email address, or hover over it and select More options > Create new folder.

To increase security and performance, Windows 11 in S mode only runs apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, or if you have Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, or Education and want to upgrade to Windows 11, you'll need to permanently switch out of S mode.

Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features to change whether you're shown app recommendations when trying to install apps from outside the Store.

When you click a link to an email address, your email program automatically starts and creates an email message with the correct address in the To box, provided that you have an email program installed.. On a worksheet, click the cell where you want to create a link.

Add an email account. Open Outlook and select File > Add Account.. If you haven't launched Outlook before, you'll see a welcome screen.
