To help protect your privacy, the new Microsoft Edge sets tracking prevention to balanced by default. For increased protection, you can switch your tracking prevention to strict or block all third-party cookies.

Meetings in Teams include audio, video, and screen sharing. They're one of the key ways to collaborate in Teams. And you don’t need to be a member of an organization (or even have a Teams account!) to join a Teams meeting—just look in the invitation for instructions about calling in.

What is a security key? We currently support several designs and providers of security keys using the Fast Identity Online (FIDO2) passwordless authentication protocols. These keys allow you to sign in to your work or school account to access your organization's cloud-based resources when on a supported device and web browser.

Note: If you have drawn multiple text boxes, you can link them together so that text will flow from one box to another.You can only link an empty text box to the one that you've selected. Under Personalization & advertising, turn on or off the setting for Allow Microsoft to save your browsing activity including history, usage, favorites, web content, and other browsing data to personalize Microsoft Edge and Microsoft services like ads, search, shopping and news.

Alarms and timers work even if the app is closed or your device is locked. If you see a warning that notifications only show if the device is awake, make sure your device doesn’t go to sleep (Go to Start > Settings > System > Power & sleep to adjust your device’s sleep settings).

Note: The options listed in this wizard vary depending on the key selected.For example, since you cannot reassign the Windows key, the only option available is to disable it.

If you don't have meeting scheduling capability in Outlook or Teams, starting an instant meeting is a great option. Just like with scheduled meetings, everyone who attends your meeting will continue to have access to the meeting chat, the recording, and anything else people share in the meeting (like files and meeting notes), even after the meeting ends.
