You have two options for connecting your Xbox Wireless Controller to your console: using the console’s Pair button for a wireless connection and using a USB to micro-USB cable (or USB to USB-C cable) for a wired connection.

In quick settings: To find the quick setting for Bluetooth, select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons ( ) next to the time and date on the right side of your taskbar.Select Bluetooth to turn it on. Voice typing. In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing.

Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.
