Note: If you're using the default app bar configuration in the Microsoft Teams desktop app, use the commands in the table below.If you've changed the order of your apps or added additional apps, the command depends on the app's sequential order on the app bar. To find downloads on your PC: Select File Explorer from the taskbar, or press the Windows logo key + E.

Send in your Surface. If none of the previous solutions have resolved your issue, you can send in your Surface. If you decide to send it in, go to Device service and repair and sign in with your Microsoft account. If your device is already registered, select it and follow the instructions.

Check your computer's date settings. Excel uses your computer's date system. If a cell's date isn't entered using the same date system, Excel won't recognize it as a true date.
