Note: If you have a suite such as Microsoft 365 Family, Office Home & Student 2016, or Office Home and Student 2013, search for the suite name, even if it's just a particular application you want to repair such as Word or Excel.If you have a standalone application such as Word or Excel, search for the application name.

Important: If your organization is using OneDrive for Business and SharePoint for meeting recordings, the IT admin should turn on Allow transcription in the Teams meeting policy and encourage users to start transcription in every meeting. This will make captions and transcriptions available in post-meeting recordings.

Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message. For example, your email service provider may limit each message to a maximum of 100 email addresses. If these addresses are distributed among the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes, remember that the names in the Bcc box will count toward your total limit.

Select a condition, and what to do with the message based on the condition. For example, to move messages with a certain title to a specific folder, select the Subject contains condition, select Move the item to folder, select or create a New folder, and then select OK.
