To add another account to OneDrive on your computer. If you already have a personal OneDrive account set up, you can only add work or school accounts. Open OneDrive settings (select the OneDrive cloud icon in your notification area, and then select the OneDrive Help and Settings icon then Settings .) Go to the Account tab. Select Add an account.

At the top of the ribbon in classic Outlook, choose File. Choose Open & Export > Import/Export. Choose Export to a file > Next. Click Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next. First, try checking your hardware. Try using a different USB port on your PC. If you use a USB hub between the device and the PC, make sure the hub has power. If it’s still not working, try removing the USB hub and plugging the device directly into a USB port on the PC. Make sure that the cables on your device aren't damaged in any way.
