Voice typing. In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing.

Missed activity emails. In the Missed activity emails section, you’re able to set the frequency of summary emails detailing your missed activity, or turn this feature off.. New features added for recording video. The new Record window has two screens: Record and Export.. When you select Record, the Record screen opens by default.. After you export your contacts, use Excel to open the CSV file and check that there's data. When you close the file, Excel will prompt you a few times with "are you sure you want to save it in CSV format?"
