The good news is you can probably free up a lot of space on your PC running Windows by following the tips here. But if you keep getting messages about low drive space, you might want to consider other options, including adding additional removable storage. To get the most out of these tips, do them in order from top to bottom.

Using email in Outlook on the web. If you use Outlook to view your work or school email in a web browser, you're using Outlook on the web. Get help with signing in, changing passwords, creating and sending mail, deleting mail, creating folders, and more in Outlook on the web.

Open the Devices and Printers dialog box. In Windows 10, in the Search box, type Devices and Printers, and then click Devices and Printers. In Windows 8, go to the start screen, type Devices and Printers, then click Devices and Printers. In Windows 7, click Start > Devices and Printers. Note: You can also access this through Control Panel.

Repair an Outlook data file (.pst) file. Open SCANPST.EXE. Select Browse to select the Outlook Data File (.pst) you want to scan. If you need help locating your Outlook Data File, see Locating the Outlook Data Files. Note: By default, a new log file is created during the scan.

Sign in to Outlook on the web with your work or school account. Go to outlook.office.com. If you're not automatically signed in with your work or school account, follow the prompts to enter the email address and password for your work or school account. Follow any two-factor authentication prompts you may have previously set up for this account.

To the right of it, select Run as administrator > Yes. At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem: Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter. Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter. Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.

Under Microsoft Defender Firewall, switch the setting to On.If your device is connected to a network, network policy settings might prevent you from completing these steps. For more info, contact your administrator.

Sign out of your account and then sign in to your new account. If everything is fixed, move your personal data and files to the new account. To move your personal files from your old account to your new account, try opening File Explorer, expanding This PC > OSDisk (C:), and looking in the Users folder, where you should see folders for both accounts.

Insert the degree symbol by using the ribbon. Place the cursor where you want the degree symbol to go in your text. Click Insert > Symbol. Select More Symbols. Choose your font from the Font drop-down menu. Select Latin-1 Supplement from the Subset drop-down menu. Scroll through the symbols, and click the degree sign. Click Insert.
