The People view is your address book in Outlook where your personal contacts are stored and where you can open any address book that has been set up for your organization. Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message. For example, your email service provider may limit each message to a maximum of 100 email addresses. If these addresses are distributed among the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes, remember that the names in the Bcc box will count toward your total limit.

Note: If a document has been shared with you for review, you may not be able to turn off Track Changes.If you want to edit the document without tracking changes, you’ll need to either save a copy or ask the person who sent it to you to share it again with review mode turned off.
