Upload files or folders to OneDrive. You can store over 300 types of files on OneDrive. With Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome: Select Add new > Files upload or Folder upload > Folder.

Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.

Notes: You don't need a smartphone to receive a security code. Text messages may come from either "MSFT", a short number, or a mobile number.If you have requested a security code, you can trust the message that arrives.

Windows share window: Select the Outlook icon in the “Share using” section of the Windows share window to email your files using Outlook directly within the windows share window.It also has a search box. So, you can now search for contacts across Outlook to share a file. The Windows share window also displays 8-10 suggested contacts to quickly share to–including emailing yourself a file.

To zip (compress) files. In the search box on the taskbar, type file explorer, and then select it from the list of results.Right-click the file you want to zip, and then select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.. To decompress files. Open File Explorer and find the compressed folder.

Using clipboard. When you copy content on your PC, it’s automatically copied to your clipboard for you to paste. You can paste multiple items from your clipboard history, and you can also pin the items you tend to use all the time and sync your clipboard history to the cloud.

To find Sync settings, select Start , then select Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings . Choose from settings such as language preferences, passwords, and color themes. If you turn on Other Windows settings, Windows also syncs some device settings (for things like printers and mouse options), File Explorer settings, and notification preferences.

Microsoft 365 for business. If your Microsoft 365 product is one of the following, you have a Microsoft 365 for business product. These products are usually associated with a work or school account, and your Microsoft 365 license (if your subscription has one) came from the organization where you work or go to school.

Use AutoFilter or built-in comparison operators like "greater than" and “top 10” in Excel to show the data you want and hide the rest. Once you filter data in a range of cells or table, you can either reapply a filter to get up-to-date results, or clear a filter to redisplay all of the data.
