There are several ways to archive messages in Outlook. The methods that you can use depend on the type of email accounts that you have set up in Outlook.

How to change your Outlook signature or add a signature. Whether it’s a new job title (congratulations!) or a phone number change, make sure you keep your email message signature up-to-date.

You can block messages from specific email addresses or domains from reaching your inbox. When you add an email address or domain to your blocked senders list, Outlook automatically moves messages from that sender to the Junk Email folder.

If you already have an account signed in to OneDrive and you want to add or remove another account, you’ll do that in OneDrive Settings.

Select Add Account, in the Suggested account dropdown, enter the iCloud account you want to add, and select Continue.
