Use live captions in Microsoft Teams meetings
To get access to Teams Premium, contact your IT admin. To use live translated captions: Turn on live captions in your meeting. Next to the meeting captions, select Settings . Make sure Spoken language is correct. Select Caption language. Choose the language you want your captions translated to.

In Teams, select Settings and more > Settings . Select Devices . In Devices, select Manage devices to connect or disconnect your audio devices. In Audio settings: Select the connected speaker you want to use from the Speaker dropdown menu. Select the connected mic you want to use from the Microphone dropdown menu.
