On the Home tab, click New Email.. In the message body, enter the content that you want. In the message window, click the File tab, and then click Save As.. In the Save As box, in the Save as type list, click Outlook Template.. In the File name box, enter a name for your template, and then click Save.. Change the default file format for saving messages

Block or unblock automatic picture downloads in email messages
Clear the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items check box. Or, if you're using Outlook in Microsoft 365, on the Automatic Download tab, select or clear the options as you see fit. The options are arranged hierarchically.

Create and add an email signature in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web
If you've created a signature but didn't choose to automatically add it to all outgoing messages, you can add it later when you write an email message. Go to your mailbox and choose New email. Type your message, and then choose > Insert signature at the bottom of the compose pane. When your email message is ready, choose Send. See also
