Fix issues when you can't sync OneNote - Microsoft Support
If you're unable to open and view the notebook in OneNote for the web, the source of the sync problem is likely with your server. If your notebook is stored on OneDrive, check our Service Status page for any known interruptions or outages. Outlook won’t open or is stuck at loading profile
After updating to Current Channel Version 1905 (Build 11629.20196) and higher, Outlook may hang at loading profile or won't start. You may notice that if you open Task Manager that other Office processes are unexpectedly listed even though you did not open the application.

Add content to your page using the Embed web part
If you don't already have an Embed web part on your page, hover your mouse above or below an existing web part or under the title region, click , and then select the Embed </> web part from the list. In the property pane on the right, paste the website address you copied earlier into the Website address or embed code box.
