The People view is your address book in Outlook where your personal contacts are stored and where you can open any address book that has been set up for your organization. The People, Mail, and Calendar views work together so you can easily send mail to and schedule appointments with your most important people.

Select a condition, and what to do with the message based on the condition. For example, to move messages with a certain title to a specific folder, select the Subject contains condition, select Move the item to folder, select or create a New folder, and then select OK.

To remove the deleted files from your computer permanently, right-click the Recycle Bin on your computer’s desktop, and then choose Empty Recycle Bin.
