Use @mentions to get someone's attention in Microsoft Teams
To get someone's attention in a channel conversation or a chat, @mention them. Just type @ before their name and then select them from the menu that appears. Note: You can also mention someone simply by typing their name. Start by capitalizing the first letter: as you continue to type the name, a list of people will appear for you to choose from.

Mark a message as high or low importance - Microsoft Support
In the Tags group on the Ribbon, click the More arrow to open the Message Options dialog. Use the Importance drop-down to change the importance level, then click Close. Close the message, and when Outlook asks you if you want to save changes, say Yes. Let people know that your message is important or not urgent by setting a high or low priority.
