Make sure any 3rd-party Office add-ins that you rely on are stated as being Office 2010 and 64-bit compatible. Possible backward incompatibility is why, if in doubt, stay with the 32-bit version. Insert the Office 2010 installation disc.

Note: The Automatically save passwords setting has been retired with Microsoft Edge version 124 and later. Troubleshooting: I don't see Automatic Replies. If you don't see Automatic Replies after selecting File, you're probably using a Gmail, Yahoo, or other POP or IMAP account that doesn't support the Outlook Automatic Replies feature.You can set up a rule that will reply to incoming messages—if you leave Outlook running while you're away.
