Using Authenticator as a way to sign in. If you have turned on passwordless, two-step, or multi-factor authentication for your account, use the following steps to sign-in:

Notes: To set an automatic reply for contacts outside your company, select Outside My Organization > Auto-reply to people outside my organization, type in a message, and select OK..
