Note: If a document has been shared with you for review, you may not be able to turn off Track Changes.If you want to edit the document without tracking changes, you’ll need to either save a copy or ask the person who sent it to you to share it again with review mode turned off.

Windows share window: Select the Outlook icon in the “Share using” section of the Windows share window to email your files using Outlook directly within the windows share window.It also has a search box. So, you can now search for contacts across Outlook to share a file. The Windows share window also displays 8-10 suggested contacts to quickly share to–including emailing yourself a file.

Upload files or folders to OneDrive. You can store over 300 types of files on OneDrive. With Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome: Select Add new > Files upload or Folder upload > Folder.

If you already have a Microsoft account that you use to sign in to other Microsoft services (such as Windows, Outlook, OneDrive, Office, MSN, and Skype), use that account to create your Xbox account as well.

To resize the image, select the image to see drag handles appear around the image. Move the drag handles to resize the image as necessary. Select the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then use the options on it to format your image. For example, you can apply a style or a border to the image.

When you mark email as junk, you can report the message to Microsoft to help improve the accuracy of the junk email filter. To set junk email reporting options, select Settings > Mail > Automatic processing > Junk email reporting.. Specify when to send junk email reports

Pick a team and channel. A team is a collection of people, conversations, files, and tools — all in one place. A channel is a discussion in a team, dedicated to a department, project, or topic.. The best way to get familiar with teams and channels is to pick a team and channel and start exploring! Select Teams on the left side of the app and then pick a team.
