Try these steps if you’re having trouble buying apps, games, or downloads from the Microsoft Store.

To check activation status in Windows 11, select the Start button, and then select Settings > System and then select Activation .. Your activation status will be listed next to Activation.. Check activation status in Settings. You'll see one of these activation status messages on the Activation page:

Sign in to your Microsoft account on your PC. Open the Store app. See the “Buy and install” section for more info on how to find the app. Select Library, and then use the Sort and filter dropdown to include games installed and not installed to your device.; When there’s a game or app that can be installed, you’ll see a download icon next to it.
