Unhide a chat. Need to see a hidden chat again? Unhide a chat that you've hidden before by using search. In the Search box at the top of Teams, search for the name of the person you were chatting with and select them. You'll see that the chat history is hidden (which you can choose to show by selecting it).

How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot. If your problem does not occur while the computer is in a clean boot environment, then you can determine which startup application or service is causing the problem by systematically turning them on or off and restarting the computer.

The Xbox app on PC relies on two Microsoft accounts: the Microsoft Store account, and the Xbox account (your PC gaming account). The Xbox account is used for game streaming access, in-game purchases, achievements, and friends.

When you start a focus session, a focus timer will appear on screen. To use additional focus tools in the Clock app, expand the focus timer to get the full view of the Clock app.

Network contention on your home network - Network-enabled devices can compete on your home network for the same download bandwidth as your console. Try pausing any download activity from other devices on your home network to see if that improves your console’s download speed.
