When you send an email, you might want to look up and select an email address from a specific group of contacts, like a group of coworkers, relatives, or a club.

At any time, you can change the time zone in Outlook so that it matches your current geographic location. Changing the time zone in Outlook is the same as changing it in the Windows Control Panel, and the change is reflected in the time displays in all other Microsoft Windows-based programs.

In the Revised document list, browse to the other version of the document, and then select OK.. Changes from the revised copy are merged into a new copy that is based on the original version of the document. The original copy remains untouched.

If you want multiple copies of a printout, change the number of copies in the Print page: On Windows 7 or earlier, at the top of the Print page is a box labeled Copies with up and down arrows for you to choose how many copies of the document you want. Make your choice (either by entering a number or using the arrows), and then click Print.

If you selected the Show icon on my profile check box but the icon still isn’t displaying, sign out of the device where you have the issue and then sign back in. On a PC, you may also be required to restart the app: Start Task Manager, choose the app that’s running (Game Bar or Xbox app), select End task, and then restart the app.

The next time you open Start, the Start screen will fill the entire desktop. Select All apps in the Start screen for a full-screen view of all your apps and programs, or stick with Pinned tiles for a more dynamic view.

Note: Airplane mode retains the settings you used last time.When you turn on airplane mode, Windows remembers if you had Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on last time, and keeps that setting so your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth will be on again.
