Data sources. Your first step in setting up a mail merge is to pick the source of data you'll use for the personalized information. Excel spreadsheets and Outlook contact lists are the most common data sources, but if you don't yet have a data source, you can type it up in Word, as part of the mail merge process.

Snooze or dismiss an event or task. With the reminders window, you can select to snooze calendar events and tasks, join a Teams meeting, or dismiss events and tasks.

By importing a snapshot of your Google calendar into Outlook, you can see it alongside other calendars in the Outlook Calendar View. To keep the imported calendar up-to-date, subscribe to the Google Calendar in Outlook.
