To run a troubleshooter: Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, or select the Find troubleshooters shortcut at the end of this topic, and then select Additional troubleshooters.

There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled.

Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. If you turned it off during setup and now want to turn it on, make sure your Windows device is connected to the internet, has enough battery power so it can send its location, and that you're signed in to the device using your Microsoft account.

Tip: If you encounter a problem on your Windows device, pressing the Windows logo key + F takes a screenshot, then opens the Feedback Hub app and automatically uploads the screenshot to the Feedback tab. Follow the on-screen instructions to detail the problem you've encountered.
