If two-factor authentication isn't set up, you should be able to use your regular password. Enter your password and select Connect. However, if two-factor authentication is set up, you'll need to generate an app-password. Follow the steps in the section Outlook won't accept my password.

Manage invitations to share Microsoft 365. On the Microsoft account, Sharing page, under the section Other people, you can view and manage invitations you’ve created.You can check the status of an invitation, resend, or delete invitations. If you don't see the deleted messages you want to recover, they have probably been permanently removed from the Deleted Items folder or Junk Email folder.
