For example, = "Chicago" is an expression that Access can compare to values in a text field in a query. Office for the web programs are included in most Microsoft 365 plans. Click a document, or use the three-dot Open Menu in a library to open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and PDF files in your browser. Outlook attachments and Lync Web App meeting notes also open in Office for the web.

In OneDrive, in the navigation pane, select Shared > With you. Find the folder you want to add, and click the circle in the folder's tile to select it. Select Add shortcut to My files. To restore your entire OneDrive, you'll need to have Microsoft 365. Go to the OneDrive website. (Make sure you're signed in with the correct account.) If you're signed in with a personal account with a Microsoft 365 subscription, at the top of the page, select Settings > Options, and then select Restore your OneDrive from the left navigation.
