Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.

Get started. To pin your favorite apps to the Start menu, select and hold (or right-click) the app you want to pin. Then select Pin to Start .. To group your apps into folders, simply drag an app on top of another with mouse or touch or highlight the app with your keyboard and use the Ctrl + Shift + <Left or Right arrow> keyboard shortcut.. If you don't see a setting you're looking for, try searching for it in the search box on the taskbar. Open Display settings. Most of the advanced display settings from previous versions of Windows are now available on the Display settings page. Select Start > Settings > System > Display.

On the Home tab, in the Number group, click the arrow next to the General box, and then click More Number Formats.

Credential Manager lets you view and delete your saved credentials for signing in to websites, connected applications, and networks. To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel.

A new tab to Sign in using your Yahoo account will open in your web browser. Follow the prompts to complete signing in, including any two-factor authentication prompts you set up for this account.

To keep an area of a worksheet visible while you scroll to another area of the worksheet, go to the View tab, where you can Freeze Panes to lock specific rows and columns in place, or you can Split panes to create separate windows of the same worksheet.
