Set a Quick Click category and assign it to messages. A Quick Click category is a default category that you can set in certain table views. For example, if you turn off the reading pane or move the reading pane under your message list, you'll see additional columns in your Inbox, including Received, Category, and Mention.

Look for the Safely Remove Hardware icon on the taskbar. If you don't see it, select Show hidden icons .Press and hold (or right-click) the icon and select the hardware you want to remove.

Note: Invitee will receive a link to join via email. It will prompt them to sign into their Microsoft account to accept and join the family group. If they are under statutory age they will also be prompted to request adult consent.

Notes: This feature is not supported if you sign in with a work/school account. If you use an authenticator app or other multifactor sign in, you will need an app password to sign in.. Warning When removing an email alias that’s connected to a Microsoft domain (such as @Outlook.com, @Live.com, or @Hotmail.com), that email is completely deleted from our systems and can’t be used to send or receive emails. It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time.

Sign out of Teams. While it's a good idea to remain signed in to continue receiving chats, notifications, incoming calls, and other activities, sometimes you might want to sign out of Teams to use another account or for other reasons.
