Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.

In Outlook, you have the option to: Snooze or dismiss events or tasks | Turn the notifications on or off | Add reminders to events | Add reminders to tasks | Troubleshoot notifications. Whether it’s a new job title (congratulations!) or a phone number change, make sure you keep your email message signature up-to-date. If you're using new Outlook, for more information about email signatures, or if you haven’t created one yet, see Add a signature to messages.. Select File > Options > Mail > Signatures.

If you want to stop a file or folder from syncing or backing up, you can pause the upload or download. See Stop syncing temporarily below for details.. If uploads or downloads with the OneDrive website are taking too long, or you selected the wrong files, they can be cancelled.

Note: If you have a message open in its own window instead of the Reading pane, the Backspace key will not archive the message. You have to close the message and view it in the Reading pane for the Backspace keyto archive the message. When the message is open in a new window, the only way to archive the message is by using the Archive button on the ribbon.

Type the email address of the other mailbox that you want to open and then select Open.Or, start typing and then select Search contacts and directory to find the mailbox you want to open. Select the shared mailbox you want to open, and then select Open.Another Outlook Web App session opens in a separate window, allowing access to the other mailbox.
