To upgrade to Windows 11, you need enough space on your hard drive for the installation to take place. To view how much hard drive space is available on your computer, select File Explorer on the taskbar (known as Windows Explorer in Windows 7) or press Windows logo key + E. Then select Computer or This PC and look under Hard Disk Drives or under Devices and drives.

To clear your out of office status and turn off your automatic reply in Teams, return to the Out of Office screen, click the toggle next to Turn on automatic replies and select the Save button. Once you've scheduled an out of office status and message in Teams, you'll see automatic replies turned on in Outlook with the time range and message you set in Teams.

You can personalize the color or accent color for window title bars and borders, the Start button, or the taskbar. The Dark mode has colors that are designed to work well in a low-lit environment. This option is for the Start menu, taskbar, and action center.

Notes: To get to desktop icon settings in Windows 8.1, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, then select Search.Type desktop icons in the search box, and then select Show or hide common icons on the desktop.

Tip: If you encounter a problem on your Windows device, pressing the Windows logo key + F takes a screenshot, then opens the Feedback Hub app and automatically uploads the screenshot to the Feedback tab. Follow the on-screen instructions to detail the problem you've encountered.

Blur. Select the Blur option, then use the slider to adjust the Blur intensity, then select Apply to blur the background.. Remove. Select the Remove option, then select Apply to remove the image background.. Replace. Select the Replace option, then use the color palette to select the background color. Alternatively, you can specify the RGB values for the desired color.
