Introduction. Microsoft released the following security and nonsecurity updates for Office in June 2024. These updates are intended to help our customers keep their computers up to date.

Disable all macros except digitally signed macros Macros are disabled, and security alerts appear if there are unsigned macros present.However, if the macro is digitally signed by a trusted publisher, the macro just runs. If the macro is signed by a publisher you haven't trusted yet, you are given the opportunity to enable the signed macro and trust the publisher.

Note: If a document has been shared with you for review, you may not be able to turn off Track Changes.If you want to edit the document without tracking changes, you’ll need to either save a copy or ask the person who sent it to you to share it again with review mode turned off.
