If you get an email about unusual activity on your Microsoft account, or if you’re worried that someone else might have used your account, go to the Recent activity page.You’ll see when your Microsoft account was signed in during the last 30 days, along with any device or app-specific info.

Microsoft 365 for business. If your Microsoft 365 product is one of the following, you have a Microsoft 365 for business product. These products are usually associated with a work or school account, and your Microsoft 365 license (if your subscription has one) came from the organization where you work or go to school.

Note: If you're using the default app bar configuration in the Microsoft Teams desktop app, use the commands in the table below.If you've changed the order of your apps or added additional apps, the command depends on the app's sequential order on the app bar. For example, if you've moved Calendar to the top of the app bar, press Ctrl+1 to open it, not Ctrl+4.

Note: You might not be able to change the power mode when a custom power plan is selected.If you can’t set the power mode in Power & battery settings, open Control Panel, select System and Security > Power Options, then choose a Balanced power plan.

Tip: You can also use the scroll wheel on your mouse to resize desktop icons.On the desktop, press and hold Ctrl while you scroll the wheel to make icons larger or smaller. For information on how to show or hide individual Windows icons, see Find the Recycle Bin.

You can back up your Windows PC, or insert a USB drive and use File Explorer to drag and copy important files to the USB drive.If you’re signing into Windows with a Microsoft account, your system settings will be automatically restored after updating, once you’re connected to the internet.

The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive.. This lets them keep the folder alongside their own folders and items, easily move items between folders, and more easily work on it offline.
