The Teams Meeting add-in lets you schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook. The add-in is available for Outlook on Windows, Mac, web, and mobile, and should be automatically installed if you have Microsoft Teams and either Office 2016, Office 2019, or Office 2021 installed on your Windows PC.

Display density lets you adjust the spacing between messages in your message list. Clean up Mailbox. From the Settings > Storage page you should see a breakdown of how much space each folder in your mailbox is taking. Below, you should see a list of the folders represented in the breakdown with the option to permanently delete all items (or those older than 3, 6, or 12 months) in these folders to free up space.

Tips: While signing in, select Yes at the "Stay signed in?" prompt if you want to go straight to your mailbox next time (not recommended for shared computers). Alternatively, check the "Don't show this again" box and select No to be prompted for your password each time.. If you can't sign in, or have forgotten your username or password, use our sign-in troubleshooter.

Note: If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034204 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud. Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud
