Sometimes you need to make a change to your email account settings. Depending on the length of the video, generating closed captions can take several minutes. Once generated, you can watch the video in Stream and have captions displayed at the bottom of the screen.. When the caption have been created, the Generate button turns to Translate.Select Translate to change the spoken or screen language to automatically translate the captions.

Select OK.Type a password in both the Password and Verify Password text boxes and select OK again.. If you set a password, you must enter it every time that the data file is opened — for example, when Outlook starts or when you open the data file in Outlook.
