Tip: If you installed the Microsoft 365 apps as part of a suite, such as Office Home and Student or Microsoft 365, search for the suite name.For stand-alone apps search by the app name, such as Project or Visio. After you update a drop-down list, make sure it works the way you want. For example, check to see how to Change the column width and row height to show your updated entries. If the list of entries for your drop-down list is on another worksheet and you want to prevent users from seeing it or making changes, consider hiding and protecting that worksheet.

If you're trying to add your Outlook.com account to Outlook or another mail app, you might need the POP, IMAP, or SMTP settings. You can find them below or by viewing them in your Outlook.com settings.. Outlook and Outlook.com may be able to detect your account's mailbox settings automatically, but for other non-Microsoft accounts, you may need to contact your email provider for their settings.
