Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message. For example, your email service provider may limit each message to a maximum of 100 email addresses. If these addresses are distributed among the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes, remember that the names in the Bcc box will count toward your total limit.

Better together tip: Manage drafts from Outlook for iOS and Outlook for Android. If you use Outlook for iOS or Outlook for Android, your drafts will automatically synchronize to your mobile device.From there, you can finish messages you've started at your computer, easily add attachments from your photos or camera, or use Office Lens to capture notes from a whiteboard in a meeting.

In Outlook, you have the flexibility to make Outlook work online or offline with your mail server. Select a tab option below for the version of Outlook you're using.

Enter your Email, phone, or Skype name in the first box if you know it.; In the Contact email address text box, type an email address where we can contact you or send your password reset link. Note that this email address should be different from the one you’re trying to recover. In the third text box, type the characters displayed on the screen.

Change the display size of messages. When you compose, reply to, or forward an email message, and the message body (including the text) appears larger or smaller than the size that you typically see, you might have changed the zoom view setting.
