Set up cloud gaming on a smart TV or streaming device
Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) is now available on smart TVs and streaming devices. Once the app is installed, start the app, sign in with your Microsoft account, connect a compatible controller, and you can stream games on supported devices, no console required.
Find the Xbox console ID, device ID, and serial number
To register or request a repair for your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console, you need to know the serial number. You may also need to know the console ID or device ID.
What controllers can I use for cloud gaming on Xbox?
When playing Xbox games with cloud gaming, we recommend using an Xbox Wireless Controller connected via Bluetooth or USB cable. Many other types of wired and Bluetooth controllers can also work for cloud gaming.
