An upgrade differs from an update in that it moves your PC from a previous version of Windows—such as Windows 10—to Windows 11. This FAQ is intended to answer questions about upgrading to Windows 11.

Find your Windows settings in a snap! Select the Start button, then select Settings .From there, browse the categories or use search to find what you're looking for.

Find the shared mailbox in the folder pane. In the folder pane on the left, locate the Shared with me folder. Click the folder to expand it. To check activation status in Windows 11, select the Start button, and then select Settings > System and then select Activation .. Your activation status will be listed next to Activation.. Troubleshooting: I don't see Automatic Replies. If you don't see Automatic Replies after selecting File, you're probably using a Gmail, Yahoo, or other POP or IMAP account that doesn't support the Outlook Automatic Replies feature.You can set up a rule that will reply to incoming messages—if you leave Outlook running while you're away.

The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive.. Notes: If you have existing lists of safe names and addresses, you can move that information into Outlook. Click Import from File and browse for the list file that you want. To create a file that uses your current list, click Export to File and then specify where you want the new file saved.. To change a name on the list, click the name that you want to change and then click Edit.
