Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message. For example, your email service provider may limit each message to a maximum of 100 email addresses. If these addresses are distributed among the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes, remember that the names in the Bcc box will count toward your total limit.

Microsoft Office has a feature that lets you send Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files as Internet faxes. This feature relies on having the Windows Fax Printer Driver or Fax Services installed on the computer to send the faxes.

Unhide a chat. Need to see a hidden chat again? Unhide a chat that you've hidden before by using search. In the Search box at the top of Teams, search for the name of the person you were chatting with and select them. You'll see that the chat history is hidden (which you can choose to show by selecting it).

Note: Co-authoring and sharing of Forms is only available for users in the same cloud.For example, if you are logged in with a GCC account, you can only co-author a form with other users within your tenant. If your admin has enabled external sharing, you can co-author a form with users outside of your tenant, but still only within the GCC environment.

In an app, press Ctrl + V to use the default paste, which adds a link with the title of the page as the link text. If you're pasting into an app or website in Microsoft Edge, you can also right-click, select Paste as on the context menu, and then select Link (Default) from the sub-menu.

List view. A unique feature of the Tasks app how it displays tasks and information associated with them in rows and columns. This is called List view, and allows you to change many tasks at once, which wasn't as possible in either To Do or Planner before.
