Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. How to open the Camera app in Windows. To open up your webcam or camera, select the Start button, then select All apps, and then select Camera in the list of apps. If you have multiple cameras, you can switch between them by selecting Change Camera at the top right once the Camera app is opened.. Open Camera

To resize the image, select the image to see drag handles appear around the image. Move the drag handles to resize the image as necessary. Select the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then use the options on it to format your image. For example, you can apply a style or a border to the image.
