Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. In the Windows emoji picker, you can either scroll through the list, use the category icons at the top or bottom of the emoji picker, or type a keyword to search for the emoji you want.

The easiest way to get language packs for Windows 8.1 and Windows RT is to download and install them using the Language Control Panel. Download and install additional languages to view menus, dialog boxes, and other user interface items in your preferred language.
