Microsoft Teams. When you’re collaborating in real time, it is a great time-saver to easily access files that are important to your project. Files shared on Microsoft Teams are available right where you are having conversations and meeting, and your team can own them together.

@mention a tag in a channel. In a channel conversation, simply @mention a tag (type @ and the tag name) in your message and select the tag from the list.The tag will appear just like any @mention, and the people associated with the tag will be notified.

The classic cold-call scam. The scammers call you and claim to be from the tech support team of Microsoft or another company. They offer to help solve your computer "problems".

In Teams, the meeting lobby keeps participants from joining a meeting until they’re admitted by an organizer, co-organizer, or presenter. When people are in the lobby, organizers, co-organizers, and presenters are notified and can choose when to admit them to the meeting.

The full path (including the file name) is too long. The path must contain fewer than 442 characters. Shorten the name of your file or the name of subfolders in OneDrive, or select a subfolder that's closer to the top-level folder, and then try to upload the file again.

Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message. For example, your email service provider may limit each message to a maximum of 100 email addresses. If these addresses are distributed among the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes, remember that the names in the Bcc box will count toward your total limit.

In Microsoft Teams (free), you can use keyboard shortcuts to send a wide range of emojs. You can either find the emojis in the reaction picker or type the shortcuts below into a message to make the emoji appear when you send your message.

A .gif file can be either a still image or an animated image. If you have animated GIF, this article describes how to insert it on a slide. If you have a GIF that is a still image, it can't be turned into an animated GIF.
