Note To use many of the Xbox features within Game Bar, including Xbox Social features, you must have the Xbox app for Windows installed. They can’t start with a number. If you receive a message that says a gamertag is unavailable, this means that you’ll need to try another. The gamertag that you’re trying to create is either inappropriate for the Xbox service or can’t be used at this time. After you confirm your new gamertag, the change is reflected across Xbox.

Get help with remote play gaming problems. If you’re using the Xbox Wireless Headset, check to be sure the headset volume (dial on right earcup) isn’t turned all the way down, and the audio balance (dial on left earcup) isn’t turned completely in one direction.
