Si cet écran s’affiche, Microsoft 365 est installé sous forme de version d’évaluation Microsoft 365 Famille. Cet écran s’affiche si vous vous connectez à Microsoft 365 qui était déjà installé sur un nouvel appareil mais que vous n’avez pas de produit Microsoft 365 associé à votre compte.

Remarque : Si vous vous êtes connecté avec un compte Microsoft tel qu’un compte de messagerie Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live ou MSN au lieu de votre compte professionnel ou scolaire, déconnectez-vous, puis reconnectez-vous à l’aide du compte approprié. Vous ne savez pas avec quel compte vous êtes connecté ? Sélectionnez Gestionnaire de compte dans l’en-tête de navigation Outlook.

Désinstaller à partir du menu Démarrer. Sélectionnez Démarrer > Toutes les applications et recherchez l’application dans la liste affichée.
