Note: The Not a value option in the field list refers to fields that are not normally summed or averaged.For example, you wouldn't sum the years displayed, but you might sum the values of the years displayed. If used with another field that is summed or averaged, Not a value works like a row label, but if used by itself, Not a value counts unique values of the selected field.

Insert a picture. To insert a picture in the body of your email message, place your cursor in the body of the email message, select the Insert menu, and then choose Pictures from the Illustrations group on the Ribbon.. If the picture looks too big (or too small), you can use the sizing handles on the picture to resize the image.

Depending on the length of the video, generating closed captions can take several minutes. Once generated, you can watch the video in Stream and have captions displayed at the bottom of the screen.. When the caption have been created, the Generate button turns to Translate.Select Translate to change the spoken or screen language to automatically translate the captions.

If you want to stop a file or folder from syncing or backing up, you can pause the upload or download. See Stop syncing temporarily below for details.. If uploads or downloads with the OneDrive website are taking too long, or you selected the wrong files, they can be cancelled.

Tips: While signing in, select Yes at the "Stay signed in?" prompt if you want to go straight to your mailbox next time (not recommended for shared computers). To speed up the process of selecting a choice when a dialog box appears, under Snap To, select the Automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box check box.(Not all programs support this setting.
